About the position

The Quality Services Analyst plays a crucial role in analyzing user communications related to complaints and recognitions to identify root causes and support process improvements within a global healthcare organization. This position is dedicated to enhancing the quality of services provided to patients and their families by ensuring timely responses and implementing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Register and assign user communications in the defined information system
  • Follow up and guarantee a timely and comprehensive response to users by those responsible
  • Ensure the root cause analysis for each complaint received
  • Follow up on the implementation and results of the improvements implemented, in order to reduce complaints for the same reason
  • Participate in the different quality programs defined by the company
  • Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services
  • Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors
  • Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency
  • Research the current market for similar products and compare results

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in BA or relative career
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration
