About the position
The Quality System Engineer at Absolics Inc. is responsible for ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the quality management system. This role involves conducting audits, managing documentation, and implementing quality objectives to enhance operational performance. The engineer will work cross-functionally to evaluate systems and report on improvements, ensuring compliance with international quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Establish an internal integrated certification system through TEG (Test Element Group).
- Set up qualification procedures for quality processes.
- Manage and operate documentation related to quality management.
- Oversee and operate quality objectives to align with company goals.
- Administer internal system audits to assess compliance and effectiveness.
- Perform cross-functional system evaluations and report on operational improvements.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of quality management principles, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
- International Quality Standard Lead Auditor qualification.
- Bachelor's degree related to Quality or similar industry.
- 5+ years of Quality experience.
- Experience with operating a semiconductor company auditor program.
- Experience as a Technical Writer operating internal Documentation Template including web design skills.
