About the position
The Quality Systems Coordinator at Hussey Copper is responsible for ensuring that all materials, processes, and procedures comply with regulatory and quality standards. This role involves resolving issues or discrepancies that may arise and managing the internal quality system across all company locations.
Responsibilities
- Disposition customer complaints and issue RMAs
- Coordinate the completion of customer corrective actions and responses
- Participate in customer audits
- Manage internal quality system (ISO 9001) for all Hussey Copper locations
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Perform Internal Audits
- Manage internal corrective actions
- Manage calibration systems
- Document management and reviews
Requirements
- 4-year degree in Engineering or a related field
