About the position

The Quality Systems Manager at GHSP is responsible for driving quality objectives and ensuring compliance with IATF: 16949 / ISO 9001 standards. This role involves establishing, implementing, and maintaining processes for the Business Operating System (BOS) while serving as a liaison between external accreditation bodies and customers during audits. The position emphasizes the importance of product quality and customer support, contributing to the development and modification of company practices and policies for quality and regulatory affairs globally.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the modification, development, and implementation of company practices & policies for quality & regulatory affairs globally.
  • Work with Global Quality Leaders to ensure compliance to GHSP's BOS Mainstays.
  • Maintain all Quality System certifications and serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies as assigned.
  • Establish, review & approve quality control methods and procedures, ensuring Quality KPI alignment of all regions.
  • Oversee the merging of regional quality processes into standard global processes where opportunity exists.
  • Instill a culture of upholding the highest level of commitment to product quality and customer support.
  • Define root cause/failure analysis tools and manage Black Belt corrective actions activities for GHSP.
  • Serve in a support role of contact/management representative for all customer and external regulatory/assessment audits.
  • Coordinate continual improvements of the BOS while monitoring customer and regulatory agencies for changing policies, processes, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
  • Seven years' experience in quality assurance systems in manufacturing.
  • Internal audit experience highly preferred.
