About the position

The Quality Technical Support, Sr Analyst - Commercialization role at Campbell's involves leading and supporting commercialization activities for the Bread and Cracker manufacturing units. This includes overseeing new product development, line extensions, and packaging improvements while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position emphasizes continuous improvement, employee training, and effective communication across various departments to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical lead functions related to all new product development initiatives, line extensions, and packaging modifications for the facility.
  • Serve as a liaison between Product Development, Corporate QA, Corporate Engineering, and plant stakeholders.
  • Function as a technical services resource on key manufacturing processes for the Bread and Cracker units.
  • Develop and lead the technical training program for key plant processes.
  • Coordinate and perform technical training with key functional areas, including Managers, Supervisors, and Leaders across the site functions.
  • Participate in Daily Direction Setting (DDS) team meetings as a resource and mentor.
  • Lead/support Continuous Improvement activities to enhance SPQDC plant metrics and deliver enabler opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep indirect reports informed regarding business objectives, results, initiatives, and changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of process/project management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA standards, HACCP guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong training/facilitation skills
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment

Nice-to-haves

  • B.A. degree in Food Science, Quality, Operations or R&D
  • Supervisory experience
  • Cross-functional experience with a proven track record of delivering successful business results in safety, quality, and cost
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Passion to identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead initiatives
