Responsibilities

• Conduct product qualification tests and document results
• Help organize photometric, CAD, and other technical documents
• Confirm that product marking and instructions meet requirements
• Execute photometric tests to verify performance and document results
• Oversee product testing requests and organize product test areas
• Assist in the documentation of internal processes used company-wide
• Ensure incoming inventory has required markings and certifications for product launch
• Support supplier corrective actions to resolve non-conforming products
• Manage continuous quality audits on new inventory
• Help with CAD work to create layout drawings for projects
• Partner cross-functionally while ensuring the highest of quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of quality control and testing experience required
• Background with electrical products in an assembly or manufacturing environment required
• Mechanically inclined and able to solve assembly and installation challenges required
• Able to work onsite in Tinley Park, IL required
