Responsibilities

  • Conduct estimate, photo, and documentation reviews using the standard review process developed by Caliber.
  • Communicate findings to service advisors for training and compliance improvement purposes.
  • Identify areas for GP% improvement through report analysis and estimate review.
  • Reinforce company standards for part selection, vendor usage, labor mix, and refinish processes.
  • Report and track findings for management.
  • Comply with all Caliber safety rules, policy guidelines, and company standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years related experience.
  • Intermediate understanding and knowledge of repair process/procedures.
  • Working knowledge of CCC Estimating System.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy (not an excluded driver).
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
