About the position

The Quality Virtual Support position at Caliber Holdings LLC involves reviewing estimates to ensure compliance with company and client standards, aiming to eliminate potential errors and leakage. The role focuses on conducting thorough reviews of documentation and estimates, communicating findings for training purposes, and identifying areas for improvement in gross profit percentages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct estimate, photo, and documentation reviews using the standard review process developed by Caliber.
• Communicate findings to service advisors for training and compliance improvement purposes.
• Identify areas for GP% improvement through report analysis and estimate review.
• Reinforce company standards for part selection, vendor usage, labor mix, and refinish processes.
• Report and track findings for management.
• Comply with all Caliber safety rules, policy guidelines, and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years related experience.
• Intermediate understanding and knowledge of repair process/procedures.
• Working knowledge of CCC Estimating System.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
