About the position

The Quality Virtual Support role at Caliber involves reviewing estimates to ensure compliance with company and client standards, aiming to eliminate potential errors and leakage. The position requires conducting thorough reviews of estimates, photos, and documentation, while also communicating findings to service advisors for training and compliance improvements. The role emphasizes identifying areas for improvement in gross profit margins and reinforcing company standards in various processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct estimate, photo and documentation reviews using standard review process developed by Caliber
  • Communicate findings to service advisors for training and compliance improvement purposes
  • Identify areas for GP% improvement through report analysis and estimate review
  • Reinforce company standards for part selection, vendor usage, labor mix and refinish processes
  • Report and track findings for management
  • Comply with all Caliber safety rules, policy guidelines and company standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years related experience
  • Intermediate understanding and knowledge of repair process/procedures
  • Detailed knowledge of CCC pathways estimating & 'P-Page' logic
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)
  • Multi-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment
  • Personable, friendly demeanor with 'World Class' customer service approach to internal and external customers
