About the position

As a Quant Analytics Manager in the Omnichannel Analytics team at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in transforming marketing strategies across digital channels into a hyper-personalized, data-driven model. This position requires a deep understanding of analytics tools and data assets to develop a strategic vision and roadmap for enhancing customer experiences through effective marketing analytics. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive business goals and improve personalization strategies across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into measurable analytical plans.
  • Develop and track channel performance KPIs, communicating findings to senior CCB leadership to improve personalization strategy.
  • Build business-critical data capabilities like marketing attribution and tracking of cross-channel marketing touches for each customer.
  • Report performance of campaigns to prioritize resources towards high-potential initiatives and identify impact of personalization efforts across channels.
  • Identify areas of improvement in ad-level performance, delivering recommended optimizations to product owners and channel management.
  • Provide recommendations on standard metrics to area product owners.
  • Identify opportunities for a better digital user experience through studying customer journey on the mobile app.
  • Work with the Personalization and insights team to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and implement enhancements.
  • Collaborate with other teams to craft test measurement plans, interpret results, and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an advanced analytics role.
  • Strong SQL knowledge, including complex queries; experience with relational databases and data prep to summarize large datasets.
  • Experience with test experimental design and results analysis.
  • Ability to develop advanced data visualization and presentations; strong storytelling skills for leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in related field.
  • Advanced analytics experience with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Python, Power BI.
  • Functional industry experience in marketing, operations, technology, or finance.
