As a Quant Analytics Vice President in the Digital Marketing Analytics team at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience across the bank's web and mobile products. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver against the Digital Analytics agenda, collaborating with various partners within Digital and across the Consumer Bank. You will be responsible for building relationships with Product partners and delivering Business Intelligence in a clear and compelling manner. Your work will involve evolving and refining measurement frameworks and KPIs for customer measurement, ensuring that the analytics agenda aligns with the overall strategy and business value. You will also collaborate within the Digital Analytics team to enhance the quality and value of deliverables, partnering with Data Services and Core Analytics to improve the overall performance of the Digital Analytics function.
