About the position

Our client, a global, leading and top-performing Hedge Fund with over $20 billion in assets under management (AUM), is seeking a Quantitative Portfolio Manager with a focus on Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) to join their successful team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quantitative strategies focused on ETFs.
  • Conduct alpha research and portfolio construction to enhance fund performance.
  • Optimize portfolio management processes and risk management strategies.
  • Execute trades effectively while managing associated risks.
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts and traders to achieve investment goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Portfolio Manager/Trader in an established Hedge Fund or similar operation.
  • Proven track record of investing in ETFs with measurable success.
  • Expertise in alpha research, portfolio construction, optimization, risk management, and trade execution.
  • Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in science, math, engineering, statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong track record of generating over $10 million in P&L with a Sharpe ratio of 1.5 or higher.
