The Maintenance Coordinator is accountable for the successful coordination and administration of activities related to Fleet Maintenance, Repair, PMs performed on schedule, Breakdowns, Campaigns, and other duties as assigned. This role requires performing quality work within deadlines, interacting professionally with employees, customers, and suppliers, and supporting management in meeting profit and growth objectives as established in the strategic business plan. The position involves working independently while communicating and coordinating with other employees and the organization, ensuring safety within company guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOP), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). The ultimate goal is to increase line of business satisfaction, lower the cost of repairs/ownership, and increase equipment availability through the development and execution of long and short-range goals, action plans, and effective process support/implementation.
