About the position

The Quanum Enterprise Application Support Engineer is responsible for providing support for the company's patient document management system, Quanum ECS (ChartMaxx). This role involves working with customers to resolve software and peripheral issues, configuring client application settings, and maintaining documentation related to technical support. The position requires advanced troubleshooting skills and collaboration with the software development team to enhance application performance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate remote support for customers to resolve client software and peripheral issues.
  • Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify and reproduce customer problem scenarios.
  • Configure and update client application settings for desired customer functionality.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base, technical notes, and document issues and resolutions in the case tracking system.
  • Consult with the software development team, internal users, and clients to drive better application performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Citrix, web-based applications, and PC hardware/peripherals.
