About the position

In this role, the developer will manage relationships and maintain open communication with L&D leaders and colleagues to ensure continual alignment of application development throughout the project life-cycle. The responsibilities include creating and customizing applications within QuickBase to meet specific business needs and requirements, designing and implementing database structures and relationships for optimal performance and scalability, and developing workflows and automation within QuickBase to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Additionally, the developer will design user-friendly interfaces and dashboards that enhance user experience and facilitate data visualization. Monitoring and optimizing application performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements as needed are also key responsibilities. The role involves creating documentation and user guides to support application users and stakeholders, conducting testing and QA processes to ensure applications meet functional and performance requirements, and effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in developing and customizing QuickBase applications, including creating tables, relationships, forms, reports, workflows, and pipelines.
• Knowledge of user interface design principles to create intuitive and effective interfaces and dashboards within QuickBase applications.
• Skilled in identifying and resolving technical issues, debugging applications, and optimizing performance.
