About the position

As a Quick Lane Advisor at Chapman Volkswagen Tucson, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the service lane, responsible for managing their experience and ensuring they receive prompt and courteous service. This role involves understanding customer needs, explaining service processes, and providing concierge support for inquiries, all while maintaining a professional demeanor and fostering a positive impression of the dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee flow of Drive Lane to ensure prompt and courteous service for customers.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure customers are well taken care of.
  • Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
