Quick Lube Manager

About the position

The Quick Lube Manager at Kwik Kar Lube & Tune is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lube center, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales performance goals. This role requires hands-on leadership, technical knowledge in automotive services, and the ability to train and motivate employees. The manager will work closely with the team on the floor, providing guidance and support while maintaining a focus on productivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the lube center and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage and motivate company personnel to achieve performance goals.
• Perform lube services including oil changes, flushes, tire rotations, etc.
• Train new employees and assist with their development.
• Execute sales performance goals to increase profitability.
• Maintain an orderly and presentable appearance of the store.
• Oversee stock and store operations.
• Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle needs.
• Work alongside the team on the floor, providing hands-on leadership.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in automotive repair.
• Valid Texas STATE INSPECTOR'S License.
• Ability to use POS software system ISI LubeSoft and All Data.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with power tools.
• Knowledge of ASE Testing and AOCA Testing.
