About the position

The Program Manager will join the OPS Quick Turn PCB Procurement team, responsible for managing the supply chain and capacity for New Product Introduction (NPI) support activities related to Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). This role involves forecasting, planning, process improvement, and partial procurement to meet project timelines, while ensuring effective communication and alignment with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with suppliers to drive Printed Circuits Boards delivery schedules for Engineering Teams.
• Review project timelines and handle risk buys efficiently using just-in-time methodology.
• Engage and collaborate with PCB suppliers and internal teams regarding schedules, costs, and project details.
• Track and update full-path PCB ordering status from order placement to goods receiving, responding to inquiries about project status.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance, both internally and externally.
• Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance team tools and processes for efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recent experience as Buyer, Planner, Project Manager, Materials Manager, or equivalent in the NPI field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with local and offshore suppliers.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks under high pressure with minimal supervision.
• Capability to track multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and logical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in data processing using Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP PRD and PDP/Windchill.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience closely involved with NPI activities in the last position.
• Recent experience with HLC and/or HDI PCB.
