About the position
The Retail Store Associate at QVC's Frazer, PA location is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while managing various retail tasks. This role involves cashier duties, stock room management, and merchandising, all aimed at promoting HSN brands to customers visiting the outlet store. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, and emphasizes maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer needs promptly to build customer loyalty and resolve issues at first contact.
- Promote sales through effective merchandising and product knowledge.
- Maintain the sales floor, report damaged goods, and inform staff of security issues.
- Document all sales, refunds, and voids, and manage discrepancies responsibly.
- Receive deliveries, verify documentation and prices, and prepare products for the sales floor.
- Ensure stock room products are displayed correctly on the sales floor and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and appearance.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull items weighing up to 40 lbs, or over 40 lbs with assistance.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
- High level of customer service standards and commitment to workplace safety.
