Qurate Retail Group is the largest player in video commerce ("vCommerce"), which includes video-driven shopping across linear TV, ecommerce sites, digital streaming and social platforms. As a Retail Store Associate for the Frazer, PA location, you will perform many responsibilities while providing a high standard of customer service, cashier, stock room and merchandising responsibilities through inventory processing while promoting our HSN brands to all who visit our outlet stores. We have full and part-time openings available, and you must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends. You will report to the Retail Store Team Manager. Your impact will include attending to customer needs promptly to build a high degree of customer loyalty, repeat business, and resolve customer issues at first contact. You will promote sales by merchandising and product knowledge, maintain the sales floor, report and record any damaged goods, and inform staff of any security issues. Additionally, you will maintain all sales, refunds, and voids documentation and be responsible for any discrepancies. You will receive deliveries, verify correct documentation and prices, and ready products for the sales floor. Ensuring the product from the stock room is brought onto the sales floor and ensuring they display the correct information and are displayed in the correct area is also part of your responsibilities. Finally, you will maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and appearance to promote a good image to the customer.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer needs promptly to build customer loyalty and resolve issues at first contact.
- Promote sales by merchandising and product knowledge.
- Maintain the sales floor and report any damaged goods or security issues.
- Maintain documentation for sales, refunds, and voids, and manage discrepancies.
- Receive deliveries, verify documentation and prices, and prepare products for the sales floor.
- Ensure stock room products are displayed correctly on the sales floor.
- Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and appearance.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull items weighing up to 40 lbs, or with assistance for over 40 lbs.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
- High level of customer service standards and safety in the workplace.
