- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in ProE or Creo preferred; experience with other 3D design tools is also considered.
- Strong computer skills including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Access, and MS-Outlook Express.
- Experience in design concepts such as material selection and stress calculations.
