About the position

As a Research and Development Scientist at Natina, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on advancing existing products and innovating new ones. This role involves applying chemical and engineering principles to solve product development challenges, conducting experiments, analyzing data, and preparing technical reports. The position combines indoor lab work with occasional outdoor experiments, requiring adaptability to various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes core chemical and engineering principles to address challenges in product development.
• Designs and executes experiments to evaluate physical and/or chemical performance of new and/or existing products or processes with limited supervision.
• Uses statistical methods, scientific and engineering principles to analyze and interpret experimental data and make data-based technical decisions.
• Analyzes data and prepares technical reports for management.
• Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization and promotes a cohesive team working culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in a lab.
• Experience with inorganic chemistry is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently.
