About the position

The Automotive Finishes Division R&D Sr. Scientist at Sherwin-Williams will lead new product development initiatives for Automotive OEM Interior products. This role is responsible for providing solutions to complex problems, delivering new products and methods, improving processes, and mentoring team members. The position requires considerable technical expertise and experience, and it reports to the Automotive OEM Interior Senior Technical Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead Automotive OEM Interior New Product Development initiatives.

Requirements
