About The Position
As a Room Attendant at Maritime Beach Club, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. This part-time position requires a reliable and detail-oriented individual who is motivated to provide exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all rooms and common areas are tidy and presentable, contributing to a positive guest experience. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms, while adhering to the standard operating procedures provided by the company. In addition to routine cleaning, you will be responsible for replenishing guestroom and bath supplies, performing rotation cleaning duties such as steam-cleaning carpets and spring cleaning as required. Anticipating guests' needs and responding promptly to their requests will be essential in maintaining positive guest relations. You will also need to be familiar with resort services and local attractions to assist guests with inquiries. Your role will involve monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of your assigned work areas, updating the status of rooms cleaned on the assignment sheet, and ensuring that the cart is returned and restocked at the end of your shift. Achieving and exceeding guest satisfaction scores will be a key performance indicator for your role, and you will be expected to assist team members whenever necessary.
