About the position

As a Vehicle Business Development Sales Manager at Ainstein AI, you will be responsible for leading pre- and post-sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and developing opportunities to expand the company's international presence in radar perception technology. This role emphasizes delivering customized solutions, crafting compelling proposals, and collaborating across teams to create value propositions that resonate with customers, ultimately driving revenue growth in the vehicle market.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify business strategy, partnership, and revenue opportunities through new and existing client interactions.
  • Leverage deep market knowledge to craft holistic solutions using Ainstein's radar sensor technology.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer, Product Management, and Engineering teams to effectively position products and convey value propositions.
  • Spearhead tailored technical presentations and proposals, aligning Ainstein's offerings with customer needs.
  • Define and monitor key account metrics, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Navigate challenges with strategic, resourceful, and empathetic communication.
  • Drive Ainstein's commercialization and revenue growth in a cross-functional capacity.

Requirements

  • A proven sales professional with 5-7 years of experience in business development, ideally in Radar / Camera / LiDAR / Sensing technologies.
  • Adept at exceeding sales quotas, with a strong understanding of the vehicle market.
  • Technically savvy and able to explain complex concepts in a clear, compelling way.
  • A customer-focused problem-solver who listens, communicates effectively, and drives solutions.
  • Confident in managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Experience using sales software such as HubSpot.
