The working hours include three shifts: 8 AM to 5 PM, 4 PM to 12 AM, and 12 AM to 8 AM. The case mix for this role encompasses a variety of imaging modalities, primarily focusing on CT scans and X-rays, while also including some MRI, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound procedures. Notably, mammography is excluded from the case load. The expected workload is approximately 65 RVUs per shift, indicating a busy practice environment. The assignment is classified as inpatient, and the duration of the locum tenens position is from October 2024 and ongoing. The radiologist will be expected to utilize various modalities including plain films, CT, ultrasound, MRI, and nuclear medicine. Light interventional radiology procedures will also be part of the responsibilities, with an expectation of three days per week dedicated to this specialty. The facility uses InteleRad as its PACS system and Powerscribe 4.0 for dictation. Board certification is required for this position, and there is no call duty associated with the role. Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic radiology services remotely.

- Dictate reports using Powerscribe 4.0.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree required.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology.
- Fellowship training preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in diagnostic radiology with proficiency in ultrasound, CT, MRI, and nuclear medicine.
