About the position
The Radiology Coordinator at SoftHQ is responsible for managing technology in radiology projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with processes. This role involves coordinating with VIP users and multiple teams to enhance productivity and technical capabilities within the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage technology in radiology projects and provide technical guidance or solutions for work completion.
- Define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
- Develop and guide team members to enhance their technical capabilities and increase productivity.
- Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/reviews as a technical consultant.
- Prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with senior and VIP users, including Radiologists.
Requirements
- Good experience in PACS, RIS, HL7, and Radiology applications and processes.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
