• Answer all phone calls with proper etiquette and handle inquiries appropriately.
• Alert technologists of patient arrivals and any complications.
• Remind patients of their scheduled exams for the following day.
• Monitor faxes for requests related to exams and reports.
• Maintain communication with staff and patients regarding wait times for exams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Business office skills and computer knowledge required.
• Experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Positive service-oriented interpersonal skills required.
