About the position

The Radiology Sales Specialist (RSS) at Hologic is responsible for driving sales growth in a defined territory for the Breast and Skeletal Health Solution Division. This role involves collaborating with Account Executives and Territory Managers to develop business plans, build relationships with customers, and effectively sell Hologic's imaging and interventional products and services. The RSS will leverage clinical expertise and market insights to exceed revenue goals and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support quota achievement in a defined territory for Breast and Skeletal Health Solution Division's products and services.
  • Develop and implement selling strategies and business plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Align with Account Executive and Territory Manager to drive goals and objectives.
  • Present and sell Hologic's value proposition to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers.
  • Share market feedback regarding competitive landscape and customer trends.
  • Manage sales funnel to analyze and track activity, providing accurate forecasts.
  • Leverage internal resources to optimize customer experience.
  • Educate customers through case coverage, in-services, and office calls.
  • Attend corporate training, sales meetings, and conventions.
  • Build professional relationships with medical personnel through various programs and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, biomedical, business, or marketing discipline.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving business results in complex environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills in B2B sales, capital, device, or disposable sales cycles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic skills.
  • High level of business and financial acumen.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills, along with excellent oral and written presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as a top performer in previous roles, such as Presidents Club member.
  • Experience in revenue growth generation.
