This role emphasizes urgent care skills, including pediatrics, and requires the technologist to provide timely, professional, and safe patient care while collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
- Operate radiographic equipment to produce quality radiographs of designated body parts.
- Follow physician orders and adhere to radiation safety procedures.
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of a physician.
- Accomplish patient care in a timely and professional manner.
- Work interdependently with other medical professionals to deliver quality health care.
Requirements
- Registered Technologist for Radiography is required.
- Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program is required.
- No prior experience is required for this position.
- Clinical experience in Radiology is required.
- 1 year of clinical experience in Urgent Care is preferred.
