Responsibilities
- Using proper radiation protection and precautions, prepares and operates radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable equipment.
- Positions patients to obtain appropriate radiographic exposures.
- Operates film processing equipment.
- Maintains computerized records, files, and/or reports.
- Participates in quality control and quality assurance studies.
- Assists the supervising radiologist with administrative functions.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of radiology.
- CT, MRI, and/or Ultrasound experience preferred.
- ARRT certified.
- Nevada license or ability to obtain Nevada license.
- Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer skills to effectively utilize electronic Medical Record.
- Ability to work stand-by and call-back duty and respond to a call within 30 minutes.
