About the position

Responsibilities
- Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Explain procedures and processes to patients.
- Perform specialized and routine diagnostic radiology procedures.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and professional work environment.
- Ensure proper identification and quality control of images.
- Maintain required documentation pertaining to x-ray imaging.
- Perform medical assistant duties such as recording vital signs and health history.
- Record patient interviews and history.
- Maintain supplies, equipment, stock, and sterilize instruments.
- Triage patient phone calls and review prescriptions with patients as directed by the physician.
Requirements
- ARRT Certification
- NJ State License
- Front and back office experience as a medical assistant
- Good customer service skills
- Flexibility to help in the front office
