About The Position
The Railroad Conductor operates track switches, couples and uncouples cars, and performs various duties related to the movement of trains, cars, and engines in rail yards and on the main railroad. This role involves receiving and acting upon instructions from dispatchers and other personnel to ensure safe and efficient train operations.
