We are looking for a motivated and reliable professional to join our team as a Ramp Agent in our Ground Handling Department. This position is crucial to our operations as it involves baggage handling and servicing aircraft in a fast-paced outdoor airport environment. As a Ramp Agent, you will be expected to uphold our commitment to delivering industry-leading service to our customers and airline partners. You will play a key role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, while also keeping both company goals and customer expectations in mind when completing your daily tasks. The Ramp Agent position requires you to successfully complete the Ramp Agent training course, which will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform your duties effectively. You will be responsible for below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft, which includes loading and unloading baggage and cargo, operating motorized service vehicles and equipment, guiding and parking aircraft, performing cabin maintenance tasks, and de-icing aircraft. Working as part of a team, you will strive to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives, contributing to the overall success of Piedmont Airlines.
