About the position

The Ramp Manager at Alliance Ground International (AGI) is responsible for overseeing and directing ramp activities to ensure safe and high-quality ground handling services for over 100 airlines. This role involves managing daily operations, maintaining safety and quality standards, and fostering good relationships with customers and airport authorities. The Ramp Manager plays a crucial role in coaching and training staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control all staff assignments.
• Hold daily briefings with all levels of management.
• Provide support to front line management.
• Coach and train all employees to effectively improve operations.
• Ensure workforce adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a College degree diploma, GED or work experience equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years Ramp Supervisor experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Ramp Operations.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Leadership ability.
• Customer focus and quality awareness.
• Ability to deal with conflict.
• Must pass background check and be able to obtain airport security clearance.
