About the position
The Rampers position at Thrust Flight LLC involves providing general assistance to the flight school, focusing on the movement and maintenance of aircraft, as well as supporting various operational tasks. This part-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the flight school and requires a friendly and cooperative attitude.
Responsibilities
- Move aircraft on the ground
- Coordinate with flight dispatchers to have aircraft moved in and out of the hangar in preparation for flights
- Wash and clean aircraft interiors/exteriors
- Assist in general upkeep and cleaning of flight school facilities
- Assist with setup and tear-down of flight school events
- Assist with any projects assigned by the Operations manager
- Grounds keeping / yard work
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move at least 50lbs regularly
- Ability to work outdoors year round
- Friendly and cooperative
- Ability to work independently
- Detail oriented
