About the position

As a Food Service Worker at Burger King, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious flame-broiled burgers in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare flavorful, flame-broiled burgers for customers.
• Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile.
• Acknowledge waiting customers promptly.
• Listen to customer needs and ask follow-up questions.
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary shopping experience.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers.

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 30 pounds (occasional lifting up to 45 pounds).
• Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions.
• Able to take initiative and possess brand knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store as needed.
• Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and team members.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
