About the position

The Range Cleaning Specialist at En.Range, Inc. is a full-time position focused on providing cleaning services for gun ranges across the United States. This role requires extensive travel, approximately 90% of the time, to various job sites. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team, follow safety protocols, and have opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with team members to perform range cleaning services efficiently and effectively.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Travel frequently to various job sites via commercial airline as required by the job.
• Operate cleaning equipment and perform manual labor tasks as needed to complete range cleaning projects.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in diverse environments.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment at job sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project success.
• Participate in on-the-job training and certification programs provided by the company.

Requirements

• Conversational English skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to fly on a commercial airline.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL A license.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Candidates with prior US military service (veteran) are highly valued.
