About the position

The Rapid Rehousing Program Manager at All Chicago Making Homelessness History is responsible for managing the ESG-funded Rapid Re-housing program and associated grants. This role involves overseeing program operations, supervising a team, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and housing stability for participants. The Program Manager will also focus on compliance, data quality, and continuous improvement of program outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Rapid Re-housing (RRH) program, including overseeing referral processes and collaborating with partner agencies.
  • Supervise a team of associates and program coordinators, coaching them to improve partner agency performance.
  • Manage long-term projects to enhance program compliance and outcomes, delegating tasks as necessary.
  • Respond to complex issues related to partner agencies, participants, or landlords.
  • Monitor data quality of partner agency staff and address issues in a timely manner.
  • Complete and provide monthly and quarterly program reports to funders.
  • Conduct program orientations and trainings for partner agency staff.
  • Plan and oversee annual program audits in collaboration with the Monitoring and Capacity Building Team.
  • Ensure programmatic compliance by evaluating progress toward outcomes and conducting site visits.
  • Facilitate ongoing partner meetings and connect community resources with the RRH program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Justice, or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree in one of these fields preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in homelessness service delivery and/or housing is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HUD-funded programming and accompanying regulations is preferred.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence to interact with a diverse audience.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Experienced in meeting or training facilitation.
  • One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of contracting processes, outcomes, and RFA and RFP processes.
  • Experience in facilitating effective meetings with partner agencies.
