About the position
As a Director in our Operational Risk Advisory team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. Developing integrated, strategically-aligned operational risk management solutions allow organizations to make optimized business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on establishing or improving end-to-end risk management systems, processes, and frameworks to enhance strategic alignment with business goals.
- Design data and technology-enabled business processes that enable value-adding business outcomes.
- Interpret business analyses to identify underlying issues, patterns, and relationships, and make data-driven targeted recommendations.
- Leverage cross geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery.
- Advise clients on solving control design issues based on industry-leading practices and regulatory requirements.
- Build an in-depth knowledge of the client's business and stay up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts, and leading practices.
- Apply profitability management and sales fundamentals to support projects and pursuits.
- Guide teams through the design and implementation of conduct risk solutions that help clients establish a risk intelligent culture.
- Execute internal audits that enable informed decision making.
- Lead teams to establish, develop, and improve high performing Internal Audit functions.
- Leverage strong domain expertise to enable the design of comprehensive and strategically aligned Extended Enterprise Risk Management (EERM) solutions.
- Design and manage data-driven EERM solutions to address client's gaps considering regulations, frameworks, and industry leading practices.
- Create data-enabled operational risk strategies to drive sustainable ORM transformations.
- Plan and oversee execution of comprehensive ORM transformations to enable achievement of strategic objectives.
- Guide teams through the design and implementation of technology and data risk solutions to enhance security, increase efficiency and support achievement of business goals.
Requirements
- CA / MBA Tier 2 in related fields.
- BBM / BBA / B. Com.
- Must have one of the certifications - CFE, CPA, CIA, CISA.
