About the position

The Raw Materials Planner at Coke Florida plays a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing plants by managing the planning and procurement of raw materials. This position involves collaboration with various planning functions to ensure accurate forecasting and timely supply of materials, while also focusing on waste reduction and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a cross-functional link in support of the Coke Florida Manufacturing Plants.
• Generate the required raw material forecast for suppliers/procurement accurately and timely.
• Support execution of innovation, promotional packaging, production trials, and ad hoc production projects.
• Provide considerations for exit planning for discontinued materials.
• Provide risks and trade-off options for assessment.
• Support management of raw materials allocations and constraints.
• Support efforts to reduce and eliminate raw materials waste.
• Actively learn production and other planning activities to build understanding of integration of activities.
• Perform all other assigned planning activities and needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in planning or other relevant roles.
• Experience in analysis and ability to work with complex models/spreadsheets.
• Strong process-oriented mindset.
• ERP software experience required (SAP or JDA preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel (ability to use functions such as pivots, Vlookup, etc).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Finance is highly preferred.
