About the position

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a crucial role in providing behavioral intervention services to individuals within the Autism Spectrum Disorder Crisis Support Homes (ASD CSH). This position is integral to the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs as directed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT is responsible for executing crisis plans that address various aspects of care including communication, behavior management, feeding, activities of daily living (ADLs), and social skills.
