The Operations Chief Risk Office - Change Enablement team plays a crucial role in this mission by ensuring that our operations adhere to various Risk Management and Compliance (RM&C) programs. This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team that collaborates with multiple partners within the Operations business line to assess and mitigate risks arising from regulatory, policy, and business changes. As an Operations Change Enablement Analyst, you will be responsible for managing assigned projects effectively and ensuring they are completed in a timely manner. You will support the oversight and development of Change Enablement SharePoint sites and shared email boxes, facilitating meetings and distributing program communications. Additionally, you will assist in program reporting capabilities and the development of procedures, training materials, and job aids. Your role will also involve supporting the development and testing of technology solutions that are essential for managing change activities effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to risk management and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all changes are properly assessed and that the necessary controls are in place to mitigate any potential risks. The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, allowing you to work in the office for three or more days a week while providing the flexibility to work remotely on other days.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure assigned projects are effectively and timely managed to completion
  • Support oversight and development of Change Enablement SharePoint sites and shared email boxes
  • Facilitate Change Enablement meetings and distribute program communications
  • Support program reporting capabilities and development of program procedures, training, training/job aides
  • Support development and testing of technology solutions used to effectively manage change activity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 5 or more years of experience in an applicable risk management or project management environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the financial services industry
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service (internal/external)
  • Possesses knowledge of Risk/Audit/Compliance competencies, including knowledge of risk management processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Archer eGRC, and business intelligence reporting tools
