About the position

The RCC Retail Data Governance Project Manager at Apple is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of business customer data, aligning it with centrally managed records used across various Apple business applications. This role focuses on data initiatives that support Retail Business, including data profiling, documentation of data definitions, management of quality rules, and compliance auditing. The position requires collaboration with business teams and partners to resolve data issues in a fast-paced environment, ensuring operational performance and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure business customer data is created with accuracy and validity.
• Align data with centrally managed records used by downstream applications.
• Conduct data profiling and document data definitions.
• Manage quality rules and audit for compliance.
• Query and analyze data in large volume systems to provide insights on operational performance.
• Resolve data issues in near real-time to support business teams.
• Partner with Business teams, Channel partners, and PS&T to address common data issues.

Requirements
