Work Wingman is seeking an experienced Assisted Living Administrator with RCFE Certification to oversee the operations of an assisted living community just north of San Diego, CA. This full-time role requires a strong understanding of compliance standards and a commitment to resident care and staff management.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assisted living community, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Manage and support staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Foster a safe, welcoming environment that promotes the well-being of residents and staff.
  • Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to create and implement personalized care plans.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of resident care and compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Monitor the financial performance of the community, including budgeting and expense management.
  • Active RCFE Certification (Required)
  • Experience in Assisted living, memory care, or senior living environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Title 22 regulations and compliance standards for Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) in California.
  • Proven track record in staff management, resident care, and family relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
