About The Position

Sungarden Terrace is seeking a dedicated and experienced RCFE Administrator to lead the daily operations of their Residential Care Facility for the Elderly. This role involves overseeing a team of qualified staff, ensuring the health and safety of residents, and implementing innovative ideas to enhance the quality of care. The Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining high ethical standards and fostering a family-like environment for both residents and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Valid California Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Certification.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with seniors and individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia.
• Knowledge of Title 22 and OSHA regulations.
