About the position

The RCM Client Success Manager at Spectrum Billing Solutions is a pivotal role focused on fostering strong client relationships and ensuring effective communication between clients and the internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This position is designed for a self-motivated individual with a solid understanding of revenue cycle processes, who can identify client needs and drive improvements while participating in business development strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Foster and develop strong client relationships.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client communications.
  • Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
  • Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
  • Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
  • Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage new client implementations.
  • Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.
  • Participate in marketing and business development strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of client relationship management and/or business development experience.
  • Healthcare and RCM experience preferred.
  • Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work.
  • Demonstrated skills in delivering results.
  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
