Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultative business partner to hiring managers and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify staffing needs and offer innovative employment solutions.
  • Lead and develop the account PMO team to optimize client delivery.
  • Monitor relationships with staffing suppliers and manage fulfillment of positions.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the program.
  • Provide visibility through reporting and forecasting.
  • Manage P&L, cost controls, and problem-solving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Staffing industry experience required.
  • Experience in MSP program management or large client management.
  • Strong MSP acumen and decision-making skills.
  • History of solving complex client situations using data.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks without direction.
  • Experience presenting business reviews and workforce strategies.
  • Impressive professionalism and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and adjust expectations accordingly.
  • Proficiency with tech, calendaring, and organizational tools.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
