About the position

The RCSA Project Manager will oversee the RCSA Program, which is currently evolving and maturing. This role involves supporting the Internal Controls team and assisting with other remediation programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the RCSA framework, inherent risks, and controls, and will be required to communicate effectively with Executive Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RCSA Program and ensure its successful execution.
• Support the Internal Controls team in their initiatives.
• Assist with other remediation programs as needed.
• Communicate effectively with Executive Leadership regarding project status and updates.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of the RCSA framework, inherent risks, and controls.
• Previous experience in a project management role within banking or financial services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
