About the position

As a Registered Dental Hygienist at West Coast Dental, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base across Southern California. This position offers the unique opportunity to work as a Mobile Dental Hygienist, allowing you the freedom to cover key areas such as Los Angeles, South East LA, and South Bay LA. You will be reimbursed for mileage, and your location assignment will be determined by your area of residence. The compensation is competitive, with a guaranteed base pay of $60 - $65 per hour, plus bonuses for strong performance, making it one of the highest in the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering general, specialty, and orthodontic services in various offices, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible care. You will work closely with a large and diverse patient base, which includes all payor types, and will be supported by a dedicated team of clinical and administrative professionals. Responsibilities

  • Provide general, specialty, and orthodontic services in various offices.
  • Interact with patients to promote trust and ensure an optimal patient experience.
  • Collaborate with the entire office team to foster relationships with patients and staff.
  • Learn about PPO, HMO, and other dental plans to guide patients in optimizing their benefits.
  • Proactively address patient concerns and provide comfort regarding their dental treatment.

Requirements

  • Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license from an accredited program.
  • Hygiene degree/certificate from an accredited program.
  • Passion for helping others and providing excellent patient care.
  • Outgoing and personable demeanor with good communication skills.
  • Desire to be part of a high-caliber team committed to patient satisfaction.
  • Excellent clinical skills and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
